If you’re a Chiefs fan heading to Denver for a game, there are a few things I learned that can make your trip a lot easier. First, wear your Chiefs gear with pride. You’ll find plenty of red in the stadium even though it’s Broncos country. Most fans were friendly, and the rivalry was more fun than anything else.
Also, arrive early. Tailgating is huge, and parking fills up quickly, so showing up at least two hours before kickoff gives you time to settle in and enjoy the atmosphere. If you don’t want to deal with parking at all, Denver’s Light Rail is a great option.
